Fortescue invites applications for the Water Services Operator at Cloudbreak mine. You will operate and maintain water and wastewater treatment systems, monitor performance, conduct water quality testing, and ensure reliable potable water delivery across site.
FIFO roster supports safety, environmental compliance, and asset reliability. Required experience with SBR/MBR systems, a Certificate III in Water Industry Operations, and a valid Australian C Class Licence.
Work Location: Cloudbreak - Fortescue’s Cloudbreak mine is located on the traditional lands of the Palyku and Nyiyaparli peoples.

Reporting to the Supervisor Operations, the Water Services Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Cloudbreak’s water and wastewater infrastructure. You will operate and maintain treatment plants, monitor system performance, complete water quality testing and inspections, and ensure the reliable delivery of potable water and wastewater services across site. This role plays a key part in supporting operational continuity while maintaining the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance and asset reliability.
