Job summary

EMM Consulting Pty Limited seeks an experienced Water Resources Engineer to lead WA water resources projects for mining clients. You will drive growth, mentor a local team, and deliver high-quality outcomes across mine water management and closure projects.

You will work with our multi-disciplinary water group, leveraging strong stakeholder relationships and WA regulatory knowledge to support proposals and client advisory across iron ore and lithium sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level engineering or science degree in water disciplines.
• Significant experience as a Water Resources Engineer in mining or consulting for mining.
• Strong understanding of WA regulatory system and local topography.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead water resources projects for Western Australia.
• Mentor and grow a team of local professionals.
• Develop proposals and provide expert advice to WA clients.
• Collaborate with national Surface Water & Land teams and other specialists.
• Focus on mine water management and closure projects across iron ore and lithium.
