City of Wagga Wagga invites a self-motivated individual to join the Water Reclamation team for day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plants around Wagga Wagga and surrounding towns.

The role is permanent, full‑time (38 hours per week) with a remuneration package of $2,686.30 gross per fortnight, rising to $3,223.56 gross per fortnight plus superannuation. Nine day fortnight, generous leave entitlements and ongoing training are included.

Qualifikationen

• Class C Driver’s Licence.
• General Construction Induction Certificate (White Card).
• AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (Desirable).

Aufgaben

• Assist in operation and maintenance of Council’s sewage treatment plants.
• Undertake sample collection in accordance with best practice and licence requirements.
• Carry out general maintenance duties of all sewage treatment plant grounds.
• Assist in cleaning of the sewage treatment plant process units.
