Qualifications

• Experience in water/wastewater/utilities or similar operational environment.
• Strong data analysis skills using SQL, Python, dashboards and reporting platforms.
• Ability to translate complex operational data into practical insights and improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational and customer data to identify trends, improve network performance and minimise customer impacts.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and data solutions that provide real-time operational insights.
• Monitor performance across water and wastewater operations, developing recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with operational teams and delivery partners to optimise asset performance and develop predictive maintenance initiatives.
• Support and enhance Customer Hub technologies, including SCADA, IoT, GIS and advanced analytics platforms.
• Provide data-driven insights and subject matter expertise to support operational decision-making, business initiatives and customer outcomes.
