Job summary

Sydney Water is hiring a Workforce Strategy Analyst in Parramatta. The role supports the Workforce Strategy Manager to develop and facilitate workforce planning aligned to the company’s strategic plan and operational needs.

You will analyze data, model workforce scenarios, and work with People & Culture leaders to inform decisions on recruitment, talent and learning. Hybrid arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in HR, workforce planning, or analytics.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and system-based reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with dashboards and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support development of a workforce strategy aligned to Sydney Water's strategic plan.
• Coordinate data interpretation to assess workforce impacts on outcomes.
• Collaborate with People & Culture and leaders to deliver workforce outcomes.
• Incorporate business drivers into workforce planning models.
