Job summary

Sydney Water is seeking a Workforce Strategy Analyst to join the Workforce Strategy team within the People and Culture Group. The role focuses on delivering the organisation's strategic workforce strategy and developing workforce activities that support operational and people plans.

You will partner with stakeholders to build workforce models, interpret data, and provide recommendations to ensure a contemporary workforce that meets current and future demand. Hybrid, Parramatta location.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in HR, workforce planning, or analytics.
• HR background with experience in workforce reporting and data.
• Knowledge of standard people metrics and KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
• Stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leaders.
• Ability to analyse large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support the Workforce Strategy Manager to develop and facilitate a workforce strategy aligned with the strategic plan and workforce needs.
• Coordinate and interpret data to determine workforce impacts on outcomes.
• Work with the Workforce Strategy Manager and People Leaders to deliver workforce outcomes across operations and inform strategic decisions.
