Aurecon invites a Design Manager to Brisbane or Maroochydore to lead the technical and design integration of water infrastructure projects from concept to delivery. You will clarify design directions across disciplines, cultivate trusted client relationships, and enable teams to produce high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing the design of water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Australian water industry standards and safety in design.
• Ability to translate client requirements into clear design strategies and deliverables.
• Proven capability to manage multidisciplinary design interfaces and risk.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams delivering water and wastewater treatment, pipelines, pumping stations and related infrastructure.
• Translate client requirements and project objectives into clear design strategies and coordinated deliverables.
• Partner with project managers to manage scope, programme, budget, quality, interfaces and design risk.
• Collaborate with clients including Seqwater, Unitywater, Urban Utilities, local councils and government agencies.
• Create an environment where people can do their best work through mentoring and inclusive leadership.
