AECOM is seeking a Digital Director for ANZ Water to shape the future of our digital offering. You will drive digital, data and AI initiatives, influence strategy, and collaborate with senior leaders across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Water Managing Director, you will build capabilities, mentor teams, and ensure value delivery through applied technologies in water projects.

Job Description

Due to an internal move, AECOM's Water business is seeking an engaging and collaborative Digital Director to help shape the future of our Australia and New Zealand water digital offering.

Reporting to the ANZ Water Managing Director and partnering closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll play a strategic role in driving digital and AI innovation, influencing business decisions, and building the capabilities needed to solve some of the industry's most complex challenges.

This is a unique opportunity to expand your influence beyond individual projects, work alongside leaders locally and globally, and help define how AECOM's Water business evolves, grows and delivers value to clients through applied technologies. You'll combine strategic thinking with practical action, enabling smarter ways of working, developing future talent, and positioning AECOM at the forefront of digital transformation in the water sector.

This position can be based from any of our major offices across Australia and New Zealand.
