Southern Downs Regional Council seeks a skilled engineer to contribute to the sustainable lifecycle management of water and wastewater assets. The role covers catchment management, water sources, treatment and reticulation, while maintaining high customer service standards.
Mandatory: Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering qualification, White Card, Class C licence, and active or achievable RPEQ. Immunisation against Hep A/B is preferred.
Southern Downs Regional Council – Warwick QLD
In this role, you will be contributing to the sustainable lifecycle management (e.g. planning, acquisition, operations maintenance, etc.) of water and wastewater infrastructure assets. This will include the catchment management, water sources (dams/creeks), water treatment, water distribution and reticulation, and more while meeting excellent customer service standards.

Permanent, Full-time
HOURS OF WORK:
72.5 hours per fortnight | 9-day fortnight
PAY LEVEL:
$3,968.41 - $4,212.28 per fortnight (Level 6)
Plus 12% Superannuation and 17.5% Annual Leave Loading in accordance with Council’s Enterprise Agreement and the relevant Award.
Pay rate dependant on relevant skills and experience.
