Job summary

Smith & Loveless Australia is seeking a technical sales support specialist to respond to client inquiries, prepare technical information and quotations, and manage supplier relationships. You will support trade shows, maintain CRM data, and visit key industrial and municipal clients to build long-term partnerships.

Ideally you have 3–5 years in B2B technical sales within wastewater or engineering, plus a mechanical engineering background and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of B2B technical sales experience (wastewater or engineering preferred).
• Background in mechanical or related engineering fields.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare technical information and quotations.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and fabricators.
• Support trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain CRM and internal databases.
• Visit key industrial & municipal clients to nurture long-term partnerships.
• Assist with bid preparation for large-scale projects.
