Central Coast Council NSW is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator to operate and maintain the Kincumber Sewage Treatment Plant, sample water, handle process exceptions, and perform preventative maintenance. You will contribute to reliable community services and work in a small team.

The role requires Safety certificates (White Card, Confined Spaces, Height Safety) and SCADA experience. A temporary full-time contract until February 2028 includes a 9-day fortnight and progression

Formación

• Qualified in wastewater operations or equivalent with hands-on plant experience.
• Relevant safety certifications including Confined Spaces and Height Safety.
• SCADA and basic computer applications proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain Council's Wastewater Treatment Plants.
• Take water samples and manage process exceptions.
• Clean and maintain plant and equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
