Job summary

REMONDIS is offering a permanent, full-time operations role at the Gladstone site in Queensland. You’ll work Monday to Friday with an early start and a fully maintained company car, plus a competitive hourly rate and Fitness Passport membership.

You’ll operate wastewater treatment processes, perform field tests, and prepare reports. The role emphasizes safety, quality equipment, and opportunities to grow within a global company.

Qualifications

• Experience in water or wastewater treatment operations.
• Certificate II or III in Water Operations (or equivalent).
• Driver license and a company car is provided.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business.
• Experience with multiple treatment methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust the wastewater treatment process, including chemical dosing.
• Conduct field testing and prepare samples for NATA-accredited lab analysis.
• Complete daily operation and maintenance checklists.
• Prepare reports on treatment activities and plant performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot process issues to ensure continuous compliance.
• Collaborate with the client and multidisciplinary team for success.

What you'll be doing
