Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or customer request management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM, work order or business management systems.
• Proven ability to resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer requests, complaints and service enquiries across Waste Operations.
• Process work orders and customer records accurately and within service standards.
• Investigate service issues and communicate outcomes to customers and stakeholders.
• Support operational reporting, records management and compliance activities.
• Contribute to process improvements, projects and service enhancements.
