Labourpower Recruitment Services Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our recycling facility in Smithfield, NSW. The role involves waste sorting, machine operation and troubleshooting, with training provided and a clear path to become a dayshift team leader.

No prior experience required, but you must be comfortable in a dirty, fast-paced environment and available Monday to Friday for 38 hours minimum. Immediate start and overtime opportunities are available.

Formación

• Must be available Monday - Friday, 38hrs minimum.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 5kg-25kg repeatedly.
• Must stand for 6-8 hours at a time.
• Must be comfortable in hot, wet, dusty environments.
• Must be able to sort through recycling waste (paper, plastics, aluminium).
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available for occasional overtime and weekend work.
• Must be able to start ASAP.
• Must have reliable transport.

Responsabilidades

• Sort recycling waste (paper, plastics, aluminium).
• Operate and troubleshoot recycling machinery.
• Learn all aspects of the role with potential progression to team leader.
