CK Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a Waste Runner to join our team on a casual basis. This hands-on role is based in Smithfield, NSW 2164, and involves supporting waste collection and processing operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The position starts early with a 4:30am start and may include overtime. You will assist with loading waste onto collection vehicles, help with sorting at sites, and maintain clean, safe work areas while following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness and capability to perform manual labour duties.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to health and safety practices.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Basic level of fitness to lift and carry materials regularly.
• Previous experience in waste management, construction, or similar labouring roles is advantageous but not essential.
