Alpine Shire Council in Bright, Victoria, is seeking a Waste and Circular Economy Coordinator to drive waste management strategies, oversee transfer stations, kerbside programs, and pursue circular economy initiatives within the community.
You will lead projects, ensure compliance with EPA guidelines, collaborate with businesses and residents, and report progress to Council under Band 7As terms. The role is permanent full-time, based in Bright, with a strong focus on sustainability.

We're looking for a dedicated Waste and Circular Economy Coordinator to join our local government team!
You will have the potential to achieve outstanding outcomes with an innovative approach to doing business, together with a passion for service excellence. You will drive best practice waste management processes across Council, manage the operations of Transfer Stations, kerbside collection contracts, closed landfill sites and regulated waste compliance obligations.
You will be responsible for:
