Linea Talent Group is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to lead warranty claims, defects, and maintenance for a reputable builder in Melbourne. You will manage rectification works, coordinate contractors, and oversee defect tracking to ensure timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on ownership of warranty operations, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with homeowners and internal teams to deliver a smooth warranty process.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, maintenance, defects or warranty management.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and manage rectification works.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach to delivering quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Manage residential construction warranty claims, defects and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate contractors and trades to complete rectification works.
• Monitor defect tracking, reporting and job close-outs.
• Utilise Visibuild or similar systems to manage tickets and maintenance workflows.
• Ensure warranty works are completed within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee operational processes and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Support team performance and drive accountability across warranty operations.
