Tenjo is opening this November atop The Eve in Redfern, and we’re seeking a full-time Host to set the tone from the moment guests arrive. You’ll welcome guests, manage reservations and walk-ins, and ensure smooth table flow under the guidance of the management and reservations teams.

You’ll need to be warm, composed and confident with guests, comfortable using reservation systems, and available for evenings and weekends as part of a vibrant premium hospitality environment within The Apollo

Qualifications

• Experience as a Host in a busy restaurant or premium hospitality.
• Organised and comfortable using reservation systems and communicating with guests.
• Warm, composed and enjoys guest interaction; available for full-time evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and set the tone for their experience.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists and seating plans.
• Maintain clear communication between door, floor and management.
• Learn regular guests and provide personalised service.
• Respond to guest enquiries with warmth and attention.
