Mornington Prosthodontics in Mornington VIC is seeking a warm receptionist to welcome patients, manage calls and appointments, and support the clinical team. You will handle referrals, explain quotes and health fund estimates, and assist with payments and records in a small specialist practice.

The ideal candidate is friendly, well-organised, comfortable explaining costs, and eager to learn new software. Dental/medical reception experience is a bonus, with full training provided and flexible

Responsibilities

• Greet and relax patients, make them feel welcome and cared for.
• Answer calls and manage the appointment book.
• Process referrals and keep referrers informed.
• Explain treatment quotes and health fund estimates to patients.
• Take payments and process health fund claims.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Support Dr Laskey and clinical team to keep the day running smoothly.
