Job summary

The Smile Collective Mornington is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant to join our growing clinic. This part-time role supports front-of-house operations and assists the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will greet patients, manage appointments, handle inquiries, maintain records, assist with billing and insurance claims, and help with administrative tasks in a collaborative, patient-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide warm, friendly and professional service.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using practice management software and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and managing the front-of-house experience
