Job summary

DSV Solutions is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in Sydney, AUS to lead our warehouse team at Len Waters Estate, Aviation Road. You will oversee daily operations, drive productivity, and maintain high safety standards while supporting your people to perform at their best.

You’ll coach and develop staff, coordinate inbound, outbound, and inventory tasks, and implement improvements to keep customer expectations met.

Qualifications

• Experience as Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop people.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to safety.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and operational reporting.
• Forklift licence is highly regarded.
