Job summary

Coles Group Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to run day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment at Banksmeadow. You will coordinate receiving and despatch, truck loading and unloading, and ensure materials are available to support production requirements.

This hands-on leadership role will lead and develop your team while maintaining high standards across safety, quality and performance. The night shift runs Monday to Friday, 10 PM to 6 AM.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution or manufacturing.
• Strong warehouse, distribution and transport operations experience.
• Experience with warehouse and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Current Forklift Licence – essential.

About the role

You'll also lead and develop your team while maintaining high standards across safety, quality and operational performance.

This is a nightshift position (Monday - Friday 10PM - 6AM)
