Job summary

Pet Circle is hiring a Warehouse General Hand to support our fulfilment centre. You will be involved in outbound picking and packing, sorting and dispatching boxes, and general warehouse cleaning to maintain high-quality service for our customers.

This role requires availability across early to late shifts (6AM–11PM), physical fitness to lift up to 23 kg, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude to meet daily KPIs and follow all Safe Operating Procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to lift up to 23 kg repeatedly.
• Reliable team player who can work at pace with SOPs.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work across early to late shifts (6AM–11PM).
• Availability to work up to 5 days per week, including weekends.

The Opportunity

Due to rapid growth Pet Circle is looking to fill multiple positions within our warehouse. As a Warehouse General Hand your role is both physically demanding but also challenges the mind. You'll be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing the best and most efficient service possible to keep our customers happy!

What you’ll be doing

• Outbound: picking & packing
• Sorting: sorting and dispatching boxes
• General warehouse cleaning duties as required

The ideal toolbox

• Available for shifts between the hours of 6AM - 11PM
• Available to work up to 5 days a week and commit to working between Monday and Sunday
• Must have your own steel cap shoes and hi vis
• Physically fit to perform all duties, lifting up to 23 kgs repetitively
• Reliable team player - work at the team pace and follow all team policies and procedures
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Safety-focused and proven ability to adhere to all Safe Operating Procedures
• Ability to reach targets throughout the day, including a number of realistic but still fast-paced KPIs.
• Be able to follow strict processes to ensure our high-quality standard is maintained.

Role location

This role is based onsite at our fulfilment centre in Eastern Creek
