Job summary

RPR Trades is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for a facility in Melbourne's western suburbs. The role involves leading a small team, operating counterbalance and high-reach forklifts, and managing goods movement from receiving to dispatch.

You will supervise stock accuracy, perform stocktakes, and ensure safety and efficiency across daily warehousing tasks. Temp-to-perm opportunity with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehousing team in a busy facility.
• Valid Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small warehousing team to meet daily targets.
• Operate counterbalance and high reach forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks, containers and pallets.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Putaway and replenish stock within racking systems.
• Assist with receiving and checking inbound goods.
• Run stocktakes and cycle counts as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and follow WHS procedures.
• Manage consignment notes and rostering.
• Perform general warehousing duties as needed.

Our client who is a leading manufacture & provider of raised floors, structural ceilings, and data centre containment solutions is seeking to appoint a Warehouse Team Leader at their facility in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team
• Counterbalance & High Reach Forklift operation
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets
• Picking & packing, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Putaway and replenish stock within racking systems
• Assist with receiving and checking inbound goods
• EPR system operation
• Loading & unloading trucks
• Conduct stocktakes and cycle counts as required
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all WHS procedures and company policies
• Consignment notes
• Rostering
• General warehousing duties

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Previous experience leading a team in the warehousing industry
• Driver’s Licence
• Unlimited Australian Work Rights
