Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced Sydney warehouse. You will oversee daily receipting, stock integrity, picking, packing and dispatch, while coaching team members and driving safety and efficiency.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll implement improvements, run toolbox talks, and ensure high customer service standards. This day shift role offers overtime opportunities and a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Experience leading a team or supervision.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a warehouse team.
• Coordinating daily receipting, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Driving safety, quality and operational compliance.
• Coaching and developing team members.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and resolving stock issues.
