Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced Sydney warehouse. You will oversee daily receipting, stock integrity, picking, packing and dispatch, while coaching team members and driving safety and efficiency.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll implement improvements, run toolbox talks, and ensure high customer service standards. This day shift role offers overtime opportunities and a supportive leadership environment.

We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor or aspiring leader to join our team and help drive safe, efficient and high-performing warehouse operations. The role is responsible for supervising warehouse activities including receipting, inventory control, order fulfilment and dispatch.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations, support inventory accuracy, maintain safety standards and help deliver outstanding service to our customers. You'll also coach and develop team members while contributing to process improvements across the site.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00am - 3:00pm
• Overtime available until 5:00pm
• Occasional weekend work during peak periods
