Job summary

Coles Group Manufacturing in Banksmeadow (NSW) is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to guide day-to-day operations in a high-volume warehouse environment. The role covers receiving, despatch, truck loading/unloading, and developing a capable team while upholding safety, quality and performance standards.

The successful candidate will coordinate production support materials, uphold GMP/HACCP standards, and manage a Monday–Friday 3PM–11PM roster.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Strong warehouse, distribution and transport operations experience.
• Experience with warehouse and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A current Forklift Licence - essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Coordinate receiving and despatch activities, truck loading and unloading.
• Ensure materials are available to support production requirements.
• Lead and develop your team while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Adhere to GMP and HACCP requirements in daily tasks.
