Job summary

Toll Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team within a busy, fast-paced warehouse in Sydney. You will oversee receipting, inventory control, order fulfilment and dispatch, coaching staff and driving safety and continuous improvement across the site.

The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and requires strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on safety and customer service. Monday to Friday, day shift with overtime opportunities.

We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor or aspiring leader to join our team and help drive safe, efficient and high-performing warehouse operations. The role is responsible for supervising warehouse activities including receipting, inventory control, order fulfilment and dispatch.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations, support inventory accuracy, maintain safety standards and help deliver outstanding service to our customers. You'll also coach and develop team members while contributing to process improvements across the site.

• Leading and supporting a warehouse team.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00am - 3:00pm
