Job summary

Synergie Australia is recruiting for a Forklift Warehouse Operator at a pharmaceutical site in Tullamarine, Melbourne area. The role involves safe unloading, stock control, and occasional on-site deliveries within the facility, with a 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday schedule and a pay rate of $42 per hour plus super and penalties.

To succeed you must hold LF and LO licenses with at least 2 years' experience, be GMP‑experienced, pass audiometry and drug testing, and be proficient with SAP and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Valid LF and LO forklift licenses with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience in GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to pass audiometry, functional and drug/alcohol tests.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 15 kg if required.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials from trucks safely and efficiently using a forklift.
• Maintain inventory and perform stocktakes.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Excel for documentation.
• Drive company van for on-site deliveries within the site.
• Ensure a clean, compliant warehouse environment.

Forklift Warehouse Operator Pharmaceutical Warehouse

Synergie is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join CSL Seqirus, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in Tullamarine. This is a great opportunity to work in a highly regulated and professional environment whilemaking a difference.

• Shift:Monday - Friday
• Hours:8am - 4pm (flexibility required)
• Pay rate:$42 p/h (+ Super and relevant loading penalties)
• Assignment duration: 6 month assignment with a potential to extend or be taken on perm for the right individual

What you will be required to do

• Unload materials from trucks safely and efficiently with a forklift
• Physically fit to lift up to 15kg if required
• Extensive computer usage to complete documentations
• Inventory management and stocktake
• Driving company van to do deliveries within site
• Check incoming materials for accuracy and quality
• Label and organise stock within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and compliant warehouse environment

To be successful in the role you will

• Hold a valid LF & LO forklift licensewith minimum 2 years experience
• Able to complete audiometry, functional and drug & alcohol test for the role
• Have experience in a GMP or manufacturing environments (pharmaceutical experience highly regarded)
• Physically fit to lift up to 15kg if required
• Demonstrate strong computer literacy including experience with SAP and Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel)
• Have reliable transport to travel to Tullamarine
• Australian Police Check clearance or ability to clear one
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and compliance
