Job summary

Reward Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor – Receiving to lead the daily receiving and put-away activities at our Yatala facility. You will supervise the receiving team, ensure goods are checked, stored and ready for sale, and uphold safe work practices in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive KPI performance, support process improvements and collaborate with warehouse, customer service, sales and procurement to optimise layout and workflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a warehouse supervisory role
• Experience leading and motivating a warehouse team
• Strong organisation, planning and delegation skills
• Hands-on leadership style with accountability
• Sound knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Reward Hospitality is seeking a hands‑on and capable Warehouse Supervisor – Receiving to lead the day‑to‑day coordination of receiving and put‑away activities across our warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in building a safe, efficient and high‑performing team.

About the role

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the receiving team and ensuring inbound goods are received, stored and made available for sale in a timely and accurate manner. You will play a key role in maintaining safe work practices, improving processes, monitoring performance and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Supervise and coordinate daily receiving and put‑away activities
• Ensure goods are received, checked, stored and made available for sale within required timeframes
• Lead, support and develop the receiving team
• Monitor team performance and contribute to KPI achievement
• Maintain strong safety standards and ensure WHS procedures are followed at all times
• Support incident and injury reporting and follow‑up actions
• Assist with warehouse safety inspections and audits
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including warehouse teams, customer service, sales and procurement
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, workflow and operational processes

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role
• Demonstrated experience leading and motivating a warehouse team
• Strong organisation, planning and delegation skills
• A practical, hands‑on leadership style with the ability to build trust and accountability
• Sound knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements
• The ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and keep operations moving
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including email and general system use

Desirable qualifications and licences

• Certificate III in Warehousing
• Driver’s Licence

Physical requirements

This role requires a person who is able to:

• Lift up to 20kg
• Bend, stretch, kneel and stand throughout a shift as required
• Operate material handling equipment where required
