Job summary

CSR is seeking a hands-on Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead our Mawson Lakes warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective movement of products and outstanding service to our customers.

You will oversee day-to-day activities, manage people, equipment, inventory and dispatch, maintain WHSE compliance, and drive continuous improvement while building a positive, collaborative team culture within CSR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Ensure safe loading, unloading, storage, and handling of stock.
• Supervise warehouse team performance and equipment use.
• Maintain WHSE and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance.
• Oversee inventory movements, order picking, and dispatch accuracy.
• Complete warehouse administration and SAP transaction requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
