Job summary

CSR is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in NSW to lead a high-performing team at Wetherill Park. You will manage rosters, safety compliance, despatch activities and reporting, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a supervisory warehouse role, SAP experience, and a hands-on leadership style focused on safety, change, and continuous improvement. This role offers a collaborative culture and development opportunities with CSR's brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution supervisory role.
• SAP experience and confidence with warehouse reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and despatch processes.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational change with leadership to motivate and develop teams.
• Sound knowledge of WHSE policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
• Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on approach with commitment to safety, service and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
• Drive accountability by setting clear performance expectations and addressing issues proactively.
• Support change initiatives and build team engagement through effective communication.
• Foster collaboration with supervisors across shifts to ensure seamless handovers and continuity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, productivity and service performance.
• Monitor warehouse operations, inventory accuracy and despatch activities to meet customer requirements.
• Manage rosters, timesheets, payroll administration and labour hire requirements.
• Champion safety, WHSE compliance and CoR requirements.
• Lead toolbox talks, housekeeping and ongoing safety initiatives.
• Ensure accurate warehouse documentation, cycle counts and reporting.
