Job summary

CSR is seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Supervisor to join the Archerfield team and lead daily warehouse and transport operations.

You will drive safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement, partnering with Sales, Customer Service and Planning to optimise performance while developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the DC Manager, you’ll ensure WHS/CoR compliance and influence improvements across processes and inventory control.

• Proven experience leading warehouse and transport operations.
• Hands-on, results-driven approach with safety focus.
• Strong planning and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and transport operations to deliver safe, efficient and on-time customer service outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Planning teams to optimise operational performance.
• Drive a culture of safety, continuous improvement, accountability and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), environmental and legislative requirements.
• Lead investigations and resolution of safety incidents, customer complaints and operational issues.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support stocktakes and cycle count processes.
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing team through effective leadership, communication and engagement.
• Conduct regular team briefings to align priorities, performance targets and safety expectations.
• Identify and implement logistics and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer outcomes.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
