Job summary

CSR is seeking a hands-on Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead warehouse operations in Mawson Lakes. You will oversee daily activities, ensuring safe handling, inventory control, and accurate dispatch while driving continuous improvement and maintaining a safe workplace.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing equipment use, and ensuring WHSE and CoR compliance, with SAP transactions and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in warehouse, logistics or distribution roles.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Current Forklift Licence and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Oversee safe loading/unloading, storage and stock handling.
• Supervise warehouse team performance and equipment use.
• Maintain WHSE and CoR compliance.
• Oversee inventory movements, order picking and dispatch accuracy.

The Opportunity:

CSR are seeking a hands-on Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations in Mawson Lakes and ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of products while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

As the Distribution Centre Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, managing people, equipment, inventory, and dispatch activities to ensure operational targets are achieved. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a positive team culture.

In This Role You Will

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Ensure safe loading, unloading, storage, and handling of stock.
• Supervise warehouse team performance and equipment use.
• Maintain WHSE and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance.
• Oversee inventory movements, order picking, and dispatch accuracy.
• Complete warehouse administration and SAP transaction requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk reduction initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Current Forklift Licence.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with integrity and accountability.
