Job summary

Superior People Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a full-time role in Sydney to support warehouse operations and showroom presentation, ensuring outstanding service for customers and internal teams. You will oversee goods receipt and dispatch, maintain stock accuracy, lead stock takes, manage samples, and collaborate with admin and sales.

Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm, with a hands-on, locally owned business environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational capability.
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently dispatch and receive all inbound and outbound goods.
• Clean, package, sort, store, and organise materials in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised warehouse environment at all times.
• Ensure 100% accuracy across all inventory transactions and stock levels.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and complete stock level adjustments.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, providing inventory updates to the office administration and sales teams.
• Manage and safeguard all inbound product samples, ensuring accurate handling and storage.
• Complete any additional duties assigned by the Director or management within required timeframes.
