What you’ll do

• End-to-end campaign management for all client and agency campaigns for your designated sales team
• Create an excellent client experience by having a client-centric focus and acting as one touch point offering pre, during, and post-campaign support to clients and agencies.
• Manage the inventory and availability for sale
• Deliver seamless campaign management from inception, approval, bookings processing, through to production and implementation and post campaign service.
• Responsible for production workflow management and reporting on statuses and SLA’s
• Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive Cartology's business requirements
• Report on campaign workflows and capacity including adherence to required timeframes

What you’ll bring

• Knowledge of Excel, Word & Powerpoint is essential
• Media Operations, Shopper, Customer, Trade Marketing or Agency experience within the FMCG environment or customer-centric business is highly desirable
• Clear communication and organisational skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
