Job summary

Simply Goldstar Australia Pty Ltd – Hillsdale NSW is seeking a Warehouse Team Supervisor to drive day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, replenishment, inventory, and dispatch. You will supervise the shift, stay hands-on on the floor, and ensure material accuracy across the supply chain.

In this role you will lead by example, coach team members, coordinate with production, uphold safety standards, and maintain housekeeping and stock integrity while using ERP/WMS and RF

Qualifications

• Current and valid Forklift (LF) licence.
• Proven experience as Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Hands-on warehousing experience with safe high-stacking.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and RF scanners.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and stock control.
• Ability to lead by example and support a team on the floor.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.

As the Warehouse Team Supervisor, you will drive the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations, covering inbound, storage, replenishment, inventory, and dispatch. You will coordinate shift workflows, champion stock accuracy, and partner closely with the production team to ensure materials are always exactly where they need to be.

This position is perfect for a practical, safety-focused leader who enjoys balancing team supervision with active, hands-on operational work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading Operations: Supervising daily warehouse activity and allocating work while staying actively hands-on with the team.

• Moving Stock: Operating forklifts and other equipment to safely complete putaway, picking, replenishment, high stacking, and dispatch tasks.

• Managing Systems: Using ERP, WMS, and RF scanners to track transactions and manage stock movements.

• Driving Accuracy: Maintaining inventory integrity through regular cycle counts and stock checks.

• Team Support: Coaching team members on the floor, reinforcing safe work practices, and keeping the shift on track.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working seamlessly with production and other departments to keep materials flowing.

• Site Standards: Maintaining exceptional standards of housekeeping, safety, and operational organization.

What You Need (Must-Haves)

• Current and valid Forklift (LF) licence.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Operator, or similar.

• Strong hands-on warehousing experience, including safe high-stacking in racked environments.

• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and RF scanners.

• A solid understanding of warehouse safety, stock control, and operational discipline.

• The ability to lead by example and genuinely support a team on the floor.

• Unrestricted Australian working rights.

Nice to Have (Preferred)

• Background in manufacturing, print, production, or similar environments.

• Experience coordinating a small team across shift-based operations.

• Strong problem-solving skills relating to stock reconciliation and inventory.

• Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kanban).
