Job summary

Simply Goldstar Australia Pty Ltd – Hillsdale NSW is seeking a Warehouse Team Supervisor to drive day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, replenishment, inventory, and dispatch. You will supervise the shift, stay hands-on on the floor, and ensure material accuracy across the supply chain.

In this role you will lead by example, coach team members, coordinate with production, uphold safety standards, and maintain housekeeping and stock integrity while using ERP/WMS and RF

Qualifications

• Current and valid Forklift (LF) licence.
• Proven experience as Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Hands-on warehousing experience with safe high-stacking.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and RF scanners.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and stock control.
• Ability to lead by example and support a team on the floor.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse activity while staying hands-on.
• Operate forklifts and equipment for putaway, picking, dispatch.
• Use ERP/WMS and RF scanners to track stock movements.
• Maintain inventory integrity via cycle counts and stock checks.
• Coach team members on safety and floor performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to keep materials flowing.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and site standards.
