Job summary

Sunny Queen Australia is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Redbank Packaging Warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient operations with accurate stock control.

You will manage teams, coordinate transport with logistics partners, uphold HACCP/GMP standards, and drive continuous improvement while delivering on-time customer orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse supervisory role in FMCG/manufacturing/distribution.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Safety-focused leadership and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, fostering a safe, engaged, high-performing team culture.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, HACCP, GMP and food safety standards, maintaining housekeeping.
• Manage inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts and WMS transactions.
• Oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of packaging materials and fulfil customer orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate transport and distribution with internal stakeholders and external providers to optimise service.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance warehouse performance and customer service.

Sunny Queen Australia is looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient running of our Redbank Packaging Warehouse. From leading teams and coordinating transport to maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance standards, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and successfully.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, fostering a safe, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, quality, HACCP, GMP, and food safety requirements while maintaining excellent housekeeping standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy through effective stock control, stocktakes, cycle counts, and warehouse management system transactions.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of packaging materials, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Coordinate transport and distribution activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers to optimise service and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer service outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role within FMCG, manufacturing or distribution
• Strong understanding of inventory control, transport coordination and warehouse management systems
• Safety-focused with excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Current Forklift Licence (LF) and experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 or SAP
