Job summary

Sunny Queen Australia is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to help bring our egg brand to life across consumers, trade partners and teams. You will plan campaigns, create content, and manage social media and digital channels, while supporting product and packaging initiatives and ensuring brand consistency.

Are you passionate about bringing brands to life? Join Sunny Queen Australia as our Assistant Brand Manager and play a key role in shaping how our brand connects with consumers, customers, trade partners and our team members.

You’ll help plan and deliver engaging marketing campaigns, create compelling content, drive our social media presence, support our digital channels, and bring customer activations to life. You’ll also contribute to product and innovation projects, manage packaging brand execution, and ensure every brand touchpoint reflects Sunny Queen’s strategy and values.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of brand marketing initiatives and campaigns including the co-ordination of internal and external events, including timelines, budgets, collateral, set-up and scheduling.
• Coordinate the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, traditional and internal channels, ensuring activity is on brief, on brand and delivered to timeline.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies as directed to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and content.
• Drive social channel activity including content calendars, publishing schedules, community activity, performance reporting, agency outputs and ongoing optimisation across relevant social platforms.
• Support the digital ecosystem including website content maintenance, new page builds, landing page updates, SEO inputs, digital asset coordination, user experience improvements and alignment with campaign activity.
• Develop and coordinate brand storytelling, campaign copy, creative briefs, photography and video briefs, digital assets and other content requirements that bring brand plans to life.
• Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure stakeholders meet agreed deliverables.
• Prepare brand presentations, reports, and business reviews as required including but not limited to brand performance updates, campaign reports, retailer range review materials, management presentations and other stakeholder communications.
• Support internal brand engagement initiatives, including launch updates, staff presentations, brand education materials and internal campaign communications.
• Maintain brand assets, guidelines and execution standards to support consistent use of brand identity, tone of voice and key messages across the business.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years experience in brand, campaign, content or consumer marketing, ideally within FMCG, food, retail or consumer goods.
• Ability to translate insights into brand messaging, campaign activity, content plans, customer materials and practical activation recommendations.
• Experience coordinating brand campaigns, content development, marketing collateral, packaging artwork support, customer activation or internal communications.
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills with the ability to brief, follow up and deliver through internal teams and external agency partners.
• Confident preparing presentations, reports, creative briefs and written communications for a range of audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to protect brand consistency across packaging, content, campaigns, customer materials and internal communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with social media platforms, website content management systems, SEO, digital tools or Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded.
