Job summary

ARC Metalcentre in Dubbo is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and a small team. You will drive a safety-first culture while coordinating picking, packing, loading and dispatch to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.

You will report to the Branch Manager and be hands-on, supportive and proactive in improving team performance. forklift and HR licences are essential; SAP and MS Office familiarity is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, transport management or similar.
• Previous leadership as Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, Leading Hand, or ready to step into supervisory role.
• Hands-on leader who develops and supports the team.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety; forklift and HR Licence are essential; SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Dubbo Centre, you will join a close-knit team where you'll take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operations while leading from the front.

You'll be responsible for keeping the warehouse running safely and efficiently, supporting your team, coordinating logistics, and ensuring customers receive the right products on time.
