Job summary

CSR Limited in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on PM Warehouse Supervisor to lead logistics operations at the Yarraville facility for the afternoon shift. You will oversee daily warehouse performance, drive safety culture, coach a high-performing team, and ensure data integrity through WMS and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure service, safety, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on workflow, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer outcomes.
• Utilise and champion Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational systems to optimise performance and data integrity.
• Maintain strong inventory control practices, including cycle counts, stock investigations, and stocktakes.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, COR, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Lead investigations into safety incidents, operational issues, and customer complaints, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Coordinate logistics activities to support efficient warehouse operations and customer deliveries.
• Build and maintain a strong safety-first, high-performing team culture.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational and personal development goals.
• Conduct daily team briefings focused on safety, service, productivity, and priorities.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across the team.

The Opportunity:

CSR is seeking an experienced and motivated PM Warehouse Supervisor to lead logistics operations at our Yarraville facility for our afternoon shift. This hands-on leadership role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Reporting to the DC Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the warehouse team, fostering a strong safety culture, driving process improvement, and ensuring operational disciplines are consistently executed.
