Job summary

CSR is seeking a PM Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver to join our Coopers Plains team on a permanent full‑time basis. You will operate a forklift, process orders, and support inventory control in a fast‑paced distribution environment.

This role runs Monday to Friday, 1:00pm–9:00pm, reporting to the Shift Supervisor, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and reliable performance. CSR is a leading Australian manufacturing business dedicated to building solutions for a better future.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid Forklift Licence.
• Demonstrated experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to health and safety in the workplace.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive, team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and support Zero Harm initiatives.
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and store products within the warehouse.
• Complete picking, packing, dispatch, and receiving activities accurately and efficiently.
• Process customer orders, invoices, and payments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure correct storage of products.
• Support the wider warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a PM Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver to join our team in Coopers Plains on a permanent full-time basis. Working Monday to Friday, 1:00pm – 9:00pm. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring warehouse operations run safely, efficiently, and on time.

Working in a fast-paced distribution environment, you’ll be responsible for forklift operations, order processing, stock movements, and supporting the wider warehouse team to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

In This Role You Will
