Job summary

Zhik Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Warehouse Storeperson on a contract basis until 15 February 2027. You will handle identifying, picking and packing products, receive goods and stock control within our St. Leonards warehouse.

The role requires 1–2 years warehouse experience, strong organisational skills and attention to detail, plus the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and OH&S awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Physically fit to handle repetitive heavy lifting up to 25kg.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Current Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pick and pack products.
• Receive incoming goods, check for damage and discrepancies.
• Unload vehicles, open packages and remove contents.
• Operate reach truck to locate stock on pallets.
• Operate computers to obtain stock location and quantity details.
• Label goods with storage location details.
• Pack, weigh and seal boxes.
• Operate specialised equipment (electronic order pickers) and check goods off picking list.
• Assist with regular stocktakes.
• May use pallet lifters and other equipment to move goods.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as required.
• Maintain OH&S compliance and high service standards.

We are hiring a Warehouse Storeperson to join our Warehouse Department on a contract basis until 15 February 2027. Our warehouse is based in St. Leonards.

Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse experience is required for this position.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pick and pack products
• Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices
• Unload vehicles, opening packages and removing contents
• Operate reach truck to locate stock stored on pallets
• Operate computers to obtain details of location and quantity of items in stock
• Labelling goods with details of storage location
• Packing and weighing goods and sealing boxes
• Operating specialised equipment, (electronic order pickers), and checking goods off picking list
• Assisting with regular stocktakes
• May use materials handling equipment, such as an electric reach truck and hydraulic pallet lifters, to move goods
• Assisting with other warehouse duties as required.
• Working with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy and high standards of service are maintained at all times while complying with our OH&S policies

Requirements
