Job summary

Lawtools, an established Australian importer and wholesale distributor, is seeking a practical Warehouse Storeperson to join a small team and help run the warehouse safely and efficiently. The role covers receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control to ensure accurate customer orders and secure packing.

You will work to maintain stock records, support stocktakes, and coordinate with the team to meet dispatch deadlines while prioritising safety and accuracy in a hands-on

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a warehouse, storeperson or logistics role.
• Forklift licence and unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Experience in receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control.
• Confidence using computers, with experience in inventory software and online freight booking systems highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to safely carry out manual handling, lifting and container unloading.
• Punctual, reliable approach to work and transport.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming goods against delivery documentation.

• Pack cartons and pallets securely and efficiently.
• Book freight through online booking systems and follow up deliveries when required.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock locations using our warehouse system.

• Load and unload trucks and assist with unloading shipping containers.
• Safely operate counterbalance forklifts.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Work with team members to prioritise orders and meet dispatch deadlines.

Lawtools is an established Australian importer and wholesale distributor of hardware tools, machinery and security products. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our small team and help keep our warehouse running safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on role covering receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory control. You’ll help ensure customer orders are accurate, goods are packed securely and stock records are kept up to date.

Role includes:
