Job summary

ASI Solutions is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operator in Botany, Sydney. You will work 3 days a week supporting the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately.

You will handle stock, operate forklifts, and maintain safe, organized warehouse practices while collaborating with Operations and Sales colleagues to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, store person or similar hands-on operational role.
• Clear written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Ability to manage time and priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and preparing goods for dispatch
• Receiving incoming stock and checking it through inspection and documentation
• Loading and unloading parcels and bulk freight with the right equipment
• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment to move and store inventory safely
• Keeping inventory and shipping documentation accurate
• Helping maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse
• Working with colleagues across Operations and Sales when needed

Every order that leaves our warehouse starts with someone who gets it right. Join our Operations team in Botany, 3 days a week (7.5 hours a day), and help keep our customers’ technology moving.

What you’ll be working on

You’ll work closely with our Warehouse Team Leader and the wider Operations team to keep the warehouse running day to day. Your work makes sure customer orders are handled accurately and efficiently. You’ll be:

• Picking, packing and preparing goods for dispatch

A bit about you

You like a hands-on environment and take pride in doing a job properly, without needing reminders. You’re reliable, accurate and positive, including when the warehouse is busy. You pitch in for teammates without being asked, and you speak up when something doesn’t look right, especially on safety.

• Experience in a warehouse, store person or similar hands-on operational role
