Job summary

ASI Solutions is seeking a friendly Delivery Driver to join our Botany-based operations team. You will split time between delivering orders in company vehicles and supporting the warehouse, typically 1–2 days per week with a view to increasing.

You’ll help ensure on-time deliveries, safe handling of items, and positive customer interactions. You’ll be close to Botany, NSW, with training provided for forklift operation and warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a delivery driver, warehouse, storeperson or similar operational role.
• Current driver’s licence suitable for driving company vehicles.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional and people-focused approach.
• Strong organisation, punctuality and reliability.
• Clear communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make detailed client deliveries in company vehicles, including unloading and handover on site.
• Handle larger, heavier IT items using the right lifting tools and safe handling practices.
• Build rapport with customers and represent ASI professionally at every stop.
• Plan runs so deliveries arrive on time and solve problems as they come up.
• Complete delivery documentation, proof of delivery and customer sign-off accurately.
• Keep vehicles clean, safe and roadworthy, and report any issues promptly.
• In the warehouse: pick, pack and prepare goods for dispatch; receive stock; load and unload parcels and bulk freight; operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely; keep inventory and shipping documentation accurate.

You’ll be the friendly face of ASI Solutions on the road, and the person our customers remember. Join our Operations team in Botany, 1 to 2 days a week to start, with potential for more.

What you’ll be working on

You’ll work closely with our Warehouse Team Leader and the Operations team, delivering orders to clients in company vehicles and supporting the warehouse when you’re not on the road. This role suits someone who lives close to our Botany warehouse.

On the road

• Make detailed client deliveries in our company vehicles, including unloading and handover on site
• Handle larger, heavier IT items using the right lifting tools and safe handling practices

• Plan your runs so deliveries arrive on time, and solve problems as they come up
• Complete delivery documentation, proof of delivery and customer sign-off accurately

In the warehouse

• Pick, pack and prepare goods for dispatch
• Receive incoming stock and check it through inspection and documentation
• Load and unload parcels and bulk freight with the right equipment
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
• Keep inventory and shipping documentation accurate
• Support colleagues across Operations and Sales when needed

A bit about you

You enjoy meeting people and you turn up when you say you will. You take care over the details, and you stay calm and look for a way forward when a delivery doesn’t go to plan. You’re just as happy pitching in with the warehouse team as you are out on the road, and you want every customer to finish the interaction with a good impression of ASI.

• Experience in a delivery driver, warehouse, storeperson or similar operational role
• Current driver’s licence suitable for driving company vehicles
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional and people-focused approach
• Strong organisation, punctuality and reliability
• Ability to solve problems and manage time and priorities in a busy environment
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of workplace health and safety practices, and the ability to handle larger, heavier items safely with the right lifting tools
• Clear communication and strong attention to detail
• Living within a reasonable distance of Botany, NSW
• Current forklift licence (we’re happy to train the right person)
