Steelforce is seeking a warehouse operative at our Mackay Steel Centre to ensure orders are picked, loaded and prepared for dispatch. You will contribute to safe, efficient operations and follow established safety practices.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm with some flexibility for the right candidate. A base hourly rate of 34.20 AUD plus a remote living allowance is on offer, reflecting the team-oriented environment and opportunities for development.

Competenze

• Safety-focused mindset and safe work practices.
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
• Forklift licence and overhead crane exposure are valued but not essential.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and based at our Mackay Steel Centre, you’ll ensure orders are picked, loaded, and ready for dispatch. You’ll be instrumental in keeping things running safely and efficiently.

What you will be doing:

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Embody a strong safety culture

The hours for this shift areMonday – Friday, 6am-2pm, potentially with a little flexibility for the right candidate.

Base salary on offer is$34.20 per hour, with an additional generous Remote Living Allowance on top of this.
