Warrego Water Services is seeking a Fulltime Warehouse Store Person for our Charlton-based warehouse operation in Toowoomba region. The role involves picking/packing, handling freight, forklift-assisted deliveries, receiving, stock recording, and daily interaction with customers and staff in a busy team setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and stock system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and arranging freight for orders
• Take delivery of goods with forklift where required
• Receiving, unloading and checking off orders
• Recording goods inwards / outwards using Company software
• Liaising with team members within the business
• Interact with customers and staff professionally
• Ensure safe work practices at all times
• Complete warehouse stocktakes
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Warrego Water Services is looking for an additional team member in our New Warehouse operation based at Charlton.

We are a locally owned business recognised as a leader in the pump and irrigation industry. Providing products and services to agricultural, industrial and domestic customers throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales we continue to grow and are experiencing exciting times

We are looking for a reliable person with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The position requires someone who can work autonomously with attention to detail working in a busy team.

Responsibilities include:

• Picking, packing and arranging freight for orders
• Take delivery of goods delivered into stores, with the use of forklifts where required
• Receiving, unloading and checking off orders
• Recording goods inwards / outwards using Company software
• Liaising with other team members within the Business
• Interact with customers and fellow staff in professional manner
• Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times
• Complete warehouse periodic stocktake checks
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Required Skills (desired but not essential):
