Job summary

Think Water Central Coast is seeking a motivated, fit and intelligent person to join our warehouse team on the Central Coast. You will provide exceptional customer service to support product sales, manage stock with barcoding and pricing, and accurately pick and pack outgoing orders.

You will restock shelves, keep stock clearly labelled, and help improve storeroom processes while supporting the internal sales team as needed. A Class C license and forklift ticket are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar retail warehouse as a store person.
• Strong communication and solid computer literacy skills.
• Passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service.
• Physically able to undertake the role and demonstrate safe manual handling.
• Problem solving and initiative with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
• Current Class C driver's license and forklift ticket.

The role:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your primary areas of responsibility will be:

Provide superior customer service to support the sale of our products and services.

Inventory control and management including barcoding and pricing of stock.

Accurate picking and packing of outgoing customer orders.

Re-stocking shelves and ensuring stock is organised and clearly labelled.

Contribute to continuous improvement of storeroom processes.

Provide back up support to the internal sales team as required.

The successful candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Previous experience within a similar retail warehouse as a store person.

Strong communication skills and solid computer literacy skills.
